My favorite Quinoa breakfast Recipes

I'm sure you've heard population permanently say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And yet, it is the meal that population normally skip. Given the demanding and fast paced lifestyle that many of us lead, it can be quite difficult to set aside time to put in order and eat a healthy and faultless breakfast.

For any breakfast method to be victorious at all, it has to satisfy a whole of standards. It has to be quick to prepare, delicious, nutritious and filling. Did I say quick to prepare?

Which now brings me to quinoa. If you've never heard of quinoa before, it is a grain-like food, similar to rice and oatmeal but vastly more nutritious. It has a nutty mild flavor that you can enjoy on its own, or for real work in to your popular dishes. It makes an ideal breakfast food because it cooks swiftly and easily. It's quite filling, too.

Here are some of my popular quinoa breakfast recipes. Enjoy!
